Aftab Poonawala, a suspect in the Shraddha murder case filed in Tihar Jail, has applied with pen to Saket court and demands to get his education certificate from the court. In addition, Aftab has asked for a pencil, a blank notebook for higher studies.

Accused Aftab Amin Poonawala has filed two petitions with the court. In which he has demanded to provide notebook, pen for higher education. In addition, there has been a request to provide a hard copy of the charge sheet filed by the police.

The petition filed by the accused Aftab’s lawyer, MS Khan, said that Aftab should be given relevant books to study for his teaching certificate. So that Aftab can finish his studies. In addition, an electronic copy of the indictment filed by the Delhi Police has also been given to Aftab. In the petition, Aftab’s attorney said that the charge sheet provided to Aftab should be correct. Also pen, pencil, notebook should be given to Aftab so that he can take notes.

Please tell that the accused had strangled Aftab Shraddha. Aftab then cut Shraddha’s body into 35 pieces. The pieces were kept in a refrigerator. He used to go there every evening to throw a piece of Shraddha’s dead body into the forest. Pieces of Shraddha’s dead body were kept in the kitchen and the accused Aftab Poonawala brought another friend to the room.
