Delhi police may soon file charges in Shraddha murder case which has shaken human sensibilities. Let us tell you that the Delhi Police has prepared the draft of charges. Legal experts are currently investigating. According to the information received, the police may file the charges in the Shraddha Walkar case with the court at the end of January.

For your information, let us tell you that Aftab allegedly cut Shraddha’s body into 35 pieces after killing her on May 18. He kept the body parts in a 300-litre refrigerator at his home in Mehrauli, south Delhi, for about three weeks before dumping them across the city for several days. The bones recovered from the forests of Chhatarpur and the DNA report of the deceased which confirmed that the bones belonged to Shraddha are all part of the charge sheet. Apart from this, Aftab Poonawala’s confession and narco test report are also included.

The suspect, Aftab Poonawalla, was arrested on November 12 and sent to five days of police custody, which was extended by five days on November 17. He is currently imprisoned in Tihar Prison.
