Bombay, January 22. It’s rare that producers and pundits get equally excited about the box office estimates of any movie. Especially after the corona epidemic, the box office has brought disappointment to most producers. However, Shahrukh Khan’s Pathan now appears to be bucking this trend. Pre-booking for the film opened in India on Thursday and the numbers surprised everyone.
The pre-booking of the movie started on Thursday only for select seats and about 1.17 lakh tickets for the movie were sold in this.
As of Thursday evening, 51,000 tickets have been booked at PVR, 38,500 at INOX and 27,500 at Cinepolis, according to trading expert Taran Adarsh.
According to a report, experts expect the opening day collection to be between Rs 39-41 crore. This figure may increase.
