The controversy over the newly built residence of Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has deepened further. Based on CCTV footage, the BJP has claimed that sensitive files are being stolen from the office of IAS Rajasekhar, the officer investigating Chief Minister Kejriwal’s scam. The aim is to influence the investigation of the CM house scam and hide the truth of the matter. While the Aam Aadmi Party has declined to comment on the matter.
It is alleged that a woman’s name also emerges in the dispute over the residence of the Chief Minister, at whose behest several changes were made to the building. It is claimed to spend Rs 60 crore on this change. If there is any truth to these allegations, Arvind Kejriwal’s troubles may further increase.

There has also been a dispute between the BJP and AAP over the said officer. The Aam Aadmi Party government had removed IAS Rajasekhar from the post and considered him a center man. The rationale behind this was that they were working on behalf of the Centre. He was immediately removed from his post by the Delhi government following the May 11 Supreme Court decision.
But the BJP had claimed that the officer was removed to influence the investigation of the Chief Minister’s residence case. He was reappointed to the same position after the Center issued an ordinance regarding Delhi. It is alleged that on the same night the officer was relieved of his duties, sensitive files disappeared from his office.
What allegations did the BJP make?
Delhi Assembly Opposition Leader Ramvir Singh Bidhuri claimed on May 26 based on CCTV footage that sensitive files had been stolen from the office of IAS Rajasekhar, the officer investigating the Chief Minister’s residence case. The CCTV footage shows two people going to the officer’s office at 2 a.m. After some time, this person is seen leaving the office with some files. It is alleged that these files contain a lot of sensitive information and by stealing them an attempt is made to influence the investigation into the Chief Minister’s residence case.
Ramveer Singh Bidhuri said that earlier there was an attempt to influence the investigation by removing this officer from the investigation, but later after the regulation of the central government when the officer was entrusted with the responsibility of re-examination, now through files from his Stealing the office Trying to influence the investigation. He demanded an investigation into the case and punishment for the guilty.
what will happen next
Sources in the BJP reveal that the party is not ready to leave the CCTV issue here. To this end, the Lieutenant Governor’s office has been asked to investigate the matter. If no action is taken, BJP can file an FIR with the Delhi Police on this. The officers themselves can also request the police to investigate this.

Since CCTV footage is available in this case, it will not be difficult to identify the person who came to the officer’s office. This is a criminal case and as the investigation progresses, many big faces may also be shocked by the statement of the person who entered the officer’s office.
What a harm to the Aam Aadmi party
Arvind Kejriwal is trying to expand his party in several states. The Aam Aadmi Party is also trying to expand its presence in Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh and is preparing to participate in the elections. Influencing the image of Arvind Kejriwal, the biggest face of Aam Aadmi Party, may have a negative impact on the party’s prospects.
