On this occasion, AAP leaders claimed that the constitution is being killed by the lieutenant governor by ignoring all the rules in the MCD. He warned the lieutenant governor that he will continue the fight to protect the constitution from going to parliament until the situation is resolved in the case of nominated councilors who do not vote in the election of the mayor.

Saurabh Bhardwaj said that BJP wants to take over MCD by dishonesty while AAP got majority in MCD elections and should form its government but lieutenant governor unfairly appointed presiding officer and nominated BJP workers as councilors. Now they want to have their votes cheated.

He said he is not afraid of BJP like Congress. We will fight and take our rights. He accused the lieutenant governor of supporting the BJP and advised him to act impartially. Minister Rajkumar Anand said that the BJP has an undemocratic face and we want to denounce that. Even after the votes of these 10 council nominees that were wrongly made, you could have been your mayor. All of Delhi knows this, but our leader Arvind Kejriwal does not want such a government formed by killing democracy.

BJP retaliated by protesting at the Chief Minister’s residence

The state BJP demonstrated at the Prime Minister’s residence on Monday in connection with the uproar at the MCD House meeting on Friday. Meanwhile, BJP leaders warned that they would not allow the MCD to insult Baba Bhimrao Ambedkar’s constitution. After the demonstration, BJP’ers also made arrest. Incident at MCD Sadan extremely embarrassing: Sachdeva
On this occasion, Virendra Sachdeva said that the incident that took place in MCD Sadan on January 6 is very shameful in which the political decorum was violated. It is unfortunate for the people of Delhi that the Chief Minister has been exploiting them for the past eight years. He said his fight will continue if the prime minister does not apologize to BJP compatriots and councilors.

He said Kejriwal’s party has reached the MCD house with 134 corporators but his party has split as two of his corporators have run for mayor and deputy mayor positions. AAP wreaked havoc and sabotage in the House to save division and defeat. Ramveer Singh Bidhuri said that AAP MLAs and councilors have insulted the constitution written by Baba Bhimrao Ambedkar at the behest of Arvind Kejriwal. It is embarrassing for AAP leaders to throw a chair at the presiding officer Satya Sharma. He said Kejriwal and his leaders consider themselves above the constitution by tearing the paper to destroy the chairman’s dignity. He said that the MLAs and councilors of the AAP misbehaved with the female councilors of the BJP, so the lieutenant governor should expel the 13 MLAs from the assembly for a year.

The Congress focuses on AAP and BJP
The Delhi Congress has again targeted the Aam Aadmi Party and the BJP. The party called the incident during the mayoral elections, deputy mayor and chairman of the standing committee shameful. Also said that instead of solving the problems of the public, such incidents happened in the competition of both parties to get the posts. The congress party has made it clear that all council members of the party are committed to solving the problems of the people. Anil Bhardwaj took a look at the chairman of the communications department and former MLA and said that even after dealing with 150 corporators, you don’t know why you are nervous. The Congress party is rampant in accusations and sometimes councilors are threatened.

He claimed that the government wasted public money on lawyers’ fees to bail out some criminals. Kejriwal has given Rs 18 crore 97 lakh to a lawyer and Rs 5 crore to another lawyer to fight the case just in the past eight months. Pravesh Verma said these things during Monday’s press conference at the state office.
