An investigation revealed that the house belonged to Anjali, who had died after being run over by a car. Anjali’s family currently lives in her maternal grandmother’s house in Sultanpuri and this house was locked.

Police officials said the theft was reported by their neighbor named Kanta. During investigation it turned out that LED TV, some clothing and utensils had been stolen from the house. The relatives have accused eyewitness Nidhi and the police of conspiracy in the Anjali case. Police are trying to identify the suspect by reviewing the footage from the CCTV cameras installed around the scene.

The victim’s family will get Rs 10 lakh
The lieutenant governor has given permission to give an aid amount of Rs 10 lakh to the family of the victim of the Kanjhawala incident. A proposal was sent to the LG on behalf of Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal to provide aid of Rs 10 lakh to the relatives of the deceased Anjali. While approving this, the lieutenant governor secured all possible additional assistance to the victim’s family.

The police claim to have reached the bottom of the case after examining the images from 300 cameras
In the event that Anjali was dragged out of the car during the Kanjhawala incident, the police have scanned the images of 300 CCTV cameras so far. Police say they are investigating the case with the help of footage. The police officer says the police will match the blood samples taken from the suspect’s car with the blood of the deceased’s mother.
