Difficulties of the Delhi government seem to be mounting in the Feedback Unit (FBU) case. The LG office takes seriously the letter from former MP Sandeep Dixit and two former ministers and has forwarded it to the Chief Secretary for action.

After questions were raised about the formation of the FBU to collect intelligence, two former ministers, including former MP Mangat Ram Singhal and Kiran Walia, wrote to the LG demanding an investigation by the NIA or the CBI. As it was something other than corruption, incitement was demanded against the ministers and officials of the Delhi government, who claimed to be involved in anti-national activities. In this matter, Aam Aadmi Party has also raised many questions targeting LG, Congress and BJP.

AAP asked questions about Congress-BJP

AAP has dug and said that it is very interesting to see that when the Delhi government makes a complaint or refers to the LG on a matter related to the BJP, it never takes any action against it. But on the complaint of Congress leaders, the BJP’s LG took immediate action. This shows how BJP and Congress are evenly matched behind the back. Congress and BJP are one.

The lieutenant governor had recommended a CBI investigation

Significantly, in February, the LG recommended a CBI investigation into the matter. The central government later paved the way for registration of a new case against Sisodia by allowing the CBI to pursue prosecution in this case. The case relates to the alleged gathering of political intelligence by the Delhi government departments.
