New Delhi. A case of assault against the Blinkit app delivery boy and his partner has come to light in Rajairi Garden for ransom. The police have filed a report on the victim’s report. On the other hand, the other party has accused the delivery person and the partner of misbehaving towards the women of the house. The police are investigating. The injured delivery man has been identified as Gurpal Singh of Raghubir Nagar and Aman of Begumpur. Both work as delivery drivers in the Blinkit app.
Police officials said Gurpal Singh was found beaten up in Rajouri Garden. Gurpal told the police who arrived at the scene that he had come to Rajouri Garden to deliver an order worth Rs 1,655. A man named Tarun Soni opened the door to take the order. After giving the goods, Gurpal got into an argument with Tarun over the outstanding money. It is alleged that Tarun started misbehaving towards her. The matter went so far that a scuffle ensued between them. The same Tarun Soni says that both delivery drivers had previously misbehaved with a lady of the house. Which made him angry.
