The Delhi High Court has said that the brutal murder of mobster Tillu Tajpuria in Tihar Jail has shaken its judicial conscience and that such incidents are unacceptable. Justice Jasmeet Singh noted that something needs to be done to better address these issues and that authorities should not wait for such incidents to happen.
