The National Investigation Agency has appealed to the Delhi High Court seeking the death penalty for Kashmiri separatist leader Yasin Malik. Malik was convicted in the Jammu and Kashmir terror financing case. Malik was sentenced to life imprisonment by a special NIA court last May. Malik had accepted his crime.
