He said very few such officers are seen today, risking their lives for the safety of the public, society and country. All of Delhi and the whole country is proud of Shambhudayal being part of such officers. No price can be put on his life. He was very dear to his family and such a brave man is also an asset to the country.
Women’s Commission will honor the family of the late ASI
The Delhi Commission for Women has decided to honor the late ASI Shambhu Dayal for her bravery. The Commission will honor their bereaved families at its annual awards ceremony on International Women’s Day in March. Commission President Swati Maliwal provided information about this by tweeting.
On January 4, ASI Shambhu Dayal had received information about a case of robbery involving a woman and her husband in the Mayapuri area. After this, ASI Shambhu Dayal went on the scene and caught the suspect, but the suspect attacked ASI Shambhu Dayal with a knife.
Despite this, Shambhu Dayal showed extreme courage and fought with all his might. Shambhu Dayal was seriously injured and taken to hospital where he died during treatment.
