Study in Parkinson’s patients: Clinical trials are taking place in the department for the treatment of Parkinson’s patients. The department’s doctors said that in this three-month trial, probiotics are given to Parkinson’s patients in the lab. We look at the effect this has on the patient. If this trial is successful, it will be used for treatment. Explain that probiotics are a type of food that contains live bacteria or microorganisms.
