The Aam Aadmi Party will launch a campaign against the central government by organizing a rally at Jantar Mantar on Thursday to mark the Day of the Martyr. AAP National Convenor and Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann will address party workers from across the country at the meeting.
Regarding the campaign, Gopal Rai, the party’s state organizer in Delhi, said that after a long struggle of freedom fighters, India has a constitution, democracy, parliamentary system, election commission, investigative agencies and judiciary. But everyone is angry because of the behavior of the central government.
The Central Government directs the Election Commission and the CBI-ED in its mission. Efforts are also being made to control the judiciary. The elected state governments in the country are not allowed to function independently.
