45 students from government schools in Delhi scored over 98 percentile in JEE Mains. Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia met with these students on Monday. In doing so, he motivated for the upcoming examination board and JEE Advanced. In the meeting, the students also shared their experiences with Manish Sisodia.
Sisodia said that students from government schools have brought laurels to Delhi by performing brilliantly in JEE Mains. He said that under the vision of Chief Minister Kejriwal, students will receive quota-like coaching in their own schools. He said that the School of Specialized Excellence was established by the Delhi government two years ago. From the first group of these schools, 253 students appeared for the main examination, of which 109 qualified.
It may be known that the Delhi government conducts offline and online coaching for various matches. School directors have started initiatives such as reading rooms. Apart from 45 students, Delhi government schools also have a large number of students who have scored over 90 percentile in JEE Mains and qualified for JEE Advanced.
Chief Minister congratulated the students
Prime Minister Arvind Kejriwal congratulated the students and said that when our children become successful in their studies, they will also help the country move forward. Their parents, teachers and the Delhi Education Department team have also contributed to the students’ tremendous success.
