Prime Minister Arvind Kejriwal has accused the Lieutenant Governor of dictatorship. He said that the people of Delhi will not tolerate dictatorship, Delhi will run through democracy. The lieutenant governor will have to obey the constitution and the orders of the Supreme Court, because Delhi does not want dictatorship, but constitution and democracy, but the lieutenant governor does not obey the Supreme Court. As a result, neither democracy nor the constitution will survive in the country.

Prime Minister Arvind Kejriwal launched an all-out assault on the Lieutenant Governor after Delhi government ministers and AAP MLAs marched on Raj Niwas Marg. Kejriwal said that he is trying to give good education to every child of Delhi. In this episode, teachers from government schools are sent abroad for training, but the Lieutenant Governor does not allow them to go to Finland, while the Supreme Court had said on July 4, 2018 that the Lieutenant Governor has no right to make a decision independently.

He said that the Lieutenant Governor has stopped many works these days. He quit yoga classes. All payments from all mohalla clinics were stopped. Medicines, tests, doctors salary, mohalla clinic rent and mohalla clinic electricity bill were discontinued. This time they have stopped the payment of Delhi Jal Board while we want water 24 hours and the work of cleaning Yamuna on a war base needs to be done. For this we had saved several thousand crore rupees for the Delhi Jal Board. The marshals assigned to the safety of women on buses were not allowed to pay their salaries for three months.
